The DTM70 provides up to 70 CFM, and the DTM70-H generates up to 65 CFM of compressed air and up to 8 GPM of hydraulic flow at 3,625 psi. All DTM systems operate at 100% duty cycle.

How easy is it to install the DTM70 or DTM70-H multi-power system?

DTM air compressors and multi-power systems are engineered for the easiest possible installation by working closely with leading truck manufacturers. Installation timesare up to 50% faster than other underdeck air compressor systems.

How does the DTM70 and DTM70-H save space on a service truck?

The DTM70 frees up to 25 cubic feet, while the DTM70-H multi-power system frees up to 13 cubic feet on the truck deck because the air compressor mounts to the transmission, and the rest of the system mounts under the truck. No components get installed on the truck deck, leaving space for other equipment, tools or materials.

What truck mounting kits are available for the DTM70?

VMAC engineers truck mounting kits for the easiest possible installation. Working closely with leading truck manufacturers, VMAC ensures that mounting kits do not affect OEM warranties. Mounting kits are available for 2020+ Ford F-250 to F-600 Power Stroke Diesel and 2019+ RAM 3500 to 5500 Chassis Cab Cummins Turbo Diesel work trucks. Some applications are restricted to specific series and/or models. Please confirm compatible vehicles on VMAC’s Application List.

What Ford work trucks is the DTM70-H engineered for?

The DTM70-H is application engineered for 2020+ Ford F-250 to F-600 Super Duty work trucks with 6.7 L Power Stroke diesel and TorqShift™ Automatic Transmission (4×4 or 4×2). No modifications are required to the Ford transfer case, and no drive shafts are required, which can cause alignment issues. The system also allows for smaller hydraulic reservoir tank, reduced hydraulic plumbing, fittings, and hoses compared to other deck-mounted hydraulic air compressors.

How does the DTM70-H help reduce fuel consumption, emissions, and noise?

The DTM70-H multi-power system allows operators to switch between fixed and variable modes, which reduces engine RPM and minimizes fuel consumption, resulting in fewer emissions and less noise on the job site.
