G90 with FlexDrive AMS
The VMAC G90 gas driven air compressor is built for fleets and operators who need high airflow, higher pressure capability, and true jobsite versatility in one compact machine.
With VMAC’s FlexDrive AirFlow Management System*, the G90 automatically adapts to deliver the right combination of air flow and pressure for the job, providing up to 90 CFM at 100 psi continuously or up to 50 CFM at 170 psi for high-pressure applications.
Powered by a Honda iGX800 V-Twin EFI gas engine and built around VMAC’s EC100 encapsulated rotary screw air end, the G90 gives crews the air they need without hauling a tow-behind compressor.

Applications
Common jobs that use G90 with FlexDrive AMS- Mobile tire service
- Heavy equipment service and repair
- Utility Servicing
- Road repair / Crack Sealing
- Fleet vehicles needing high-flow and high-pressure compressed air on demand
Commonly used air tools
Common tools powered by the G90 with FlexDrive AMS- 90 lb Jackhammers / Pavement Breakers
- Trenchless Piercing Tools / Moles
- Pneumatic Cutting Saws
- 1” Impact Wrenches
- Post Pounders
- Rock Drills
- Air Knives
Up to 90 CFM at 100 psi, or Up to 50 CFM at 170 psi
The G90 is designed to deliver serious performance across a wide operating range. FlexDrive AMS automatically reacts to air demand and engine load, shifting belt drives to generate the compressed air required. That gives operators both high continuous air flow and high-pressure capability in one system.
Most Compact and Versatile Gas Driven Air Compressor
With the G90, operators can run heavy-duty tools like jackhammers, rock drills, moles, and cutting saws without hauling a trailer or tow-behind air compressor. The system is designed to bring more capability onto the truck while keeping the package compact enough for fleet applications.
Quiet Operation for Better Jobsite Experience
At just 73 dB at high idle, the G90 is seriously quiet for its class. Noise reduction panels, Unload Mode, and Standby Mode help reduce jobsite noise, making communication easier for operators and reducing disruption around the work area.
Intelligent Digital Controls with Optional Telematics
The G90 includes intelligent digital controls that provide real-time system information, service notifications, and diagnostic messaging through an OLED display box. Optional telematics add real-time diagnostics, system use tracking, hours, service intervals, remote start and stop, and error code visibility through an industry standard J1939 interface.
Advanced Rotary Screw Technology
The G90 uses VMAC’s EC100* encapsulated rotary screw air end, belt driven and rated for 100% duty cycle. This design delivers clean, efficient compressed air with reduced maintenance and strong long-term reliability in demanding conditions.
Built for Tough Conditions
The system includes automatic cold climate protection, with controls that wait to load until the engine reaches 50°F (10°C), while high-speed operation becomes available once compressor temperature reaches 104°F (40°C). An optional cold climate kit is available for environments that regularly drop below -10°C (14°F).
Backed by VMAC and Honda
The G90 includes a 2-year warranty on all major components. VMAC air ends are covered by VMAC’s Lifetime Limited Warranty, and the Honda engine is backed by a 3-year Limited Warranty.
