The G30 is an excellent choice for operators who need the lightweight, compact performance of a rotary screw air compressor at an affordable price. Available in standard and stacked configurations, the G30 delivers 30 CFM at 100 psi with a 100% duty cycle, providing continuous air without the delays associated with filling a large air receiver tank.

The G30+GEN combines compressed air and AC power in one compact system. It delivers 25 CFM of continuous air and 3,600 W of electrical power, allowing operators to switch between air and AC power for their tools and equipment.

For applications requiring greater airflow and higher pressure, the G90 delivers up to 90 CFM at 100 psi or up to 50 CFM at 170 psi. Its FlexDrive AirFlow Management System automatically adjusts airflow and pressure to match changing demand, giving operators the versatility to power heavy-duty tools and complete a wider range of work from a single compact system.

With four gas-powered configurations available, fleet managers and equipment owners can select the system that best matches their operational requirements, whether they need compact continuous air, combined air and AC power, or high-output air for demanding applications.

Continuous Rotary Screw Air Power

VMAC gas-powered systems use rotary screw air compressor technology designed for continuous operation. The standard and stacked G30 models deliver 30 CFM at 100 psi, while the G30+GEN provides 25 CFM in Compressor Mode. For heavier applications, the G90 provides up to 90 CFM at 100 psi or up to 50 CFM at 170 psi.

Continuous air allows operators to keep working without the frequent interruptions and recovery periods associated with many reciprocating air compressors.

The standard G30 provides compact, continuous compressed air. The stacked G30 delivers the same performance in a space-saving vertical package. The G30+GEN provides access to compressed air or AC electrical power, while the G90 supports demanding high-flow and high-pressure applications.

Compact Systems Designed for Mobile Applications

Each VMAC gas-powered system is engineered for installation on service trucks, work trucks and other mobile equipment. Their compact rotary screw designs help preserve valuable vehicle space for tools, parts, materials and other equipment.

The standard G30 offers a low-profile configuration, while the stacked G30 uses a vertical design to reduce the amount of deck space required. The G90 brings high-output compressed air onto the vehicle, helping some operators reduce their dependence on a separate tow-behind compressor.

The G30 systems are designed for commonly used tools such as impact wrenches, grinders, chipping hammers, backfill tampers, blow guns and tire inflation equipment.

The G90 expands the range of work that can be completed with a vehicle-mounted gas-powered compressor. It can support demanding equipment such as pavement breakers, trenchless piercing tools, pneumatic cutting saws, 1-inch impact wrenches, post pounders, rock drills and air knives.

Reliable Honda Engine Power

VMAC gas-powered air compressors are powered by proven Honda engines. The G30 and G30+GEN use the Honda GX390 engine, while the G90 uses the Honda iGX800 V-Twin EFI engine.

Honda engines are backed by a three-year limited warranty. VMAC air ends are covered by VMAC’s Lifetime Limited Warranty, providing long-term protection for one of the most important components in the system.

Built for Demanding Working Conditions

VMAC gas-powered compressors are designed for dependable performance in demanding mobile and jobsite environments. Optional cold-climate equipment is available for the G30 systems, while the G90 includes automatic cold-climate protection and can also be equipped with an optional cold-climate kit for regularly occurring low temperatures.
